Jessy Ceha, PhD
(she/her)
Trained in cognitive science and human-computer interaction, my research has ranged from developing EEG neurofeedback systems for cochlear implant wearers, to the design of social robots as educational tools. My doctoral research was funded by a Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Postgraduate Scholarship.
I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science (specialization: Human-Computer Interaction) from the University of Waterloo, an M.Sc. in Human-Machine Communication (specialization: Computational Cognitive Science), from the University of Groningen, and a B.Sc. in Cognitive Systems, from the University of British Columbia.
